Husky safaris "Fond of Husky" and "Husky Adventure"
If you are fond of husky dogs and you don't have time for a full day program then this program is a nice option for you.
It is not far from Murmansk city. We offer you 2 variants.
In both variants you will be transferred to the husky farm which takes about 30 minutes from Murmansk city (one way).
You get an introduction on the husky farm and learn a lot about the history of the husky.
You may communicate with the charming and sweet dogs.
After that you get instructions on how to manage a dog’s sledge.
In variant "Fond of Husky" you have a ride along the specially prepared 3 km route sitting on a sledge with a musher.
Variant "Husky Adventure" immerse you completely in the world of sled dogs.
You will be able to try everything yourself; harnessing the dogs, putting six dashing huskies in front of the sled and off you go.
On a 6 kilometers long track you can rule the sled by yourself.
Halfway the distance you are changing places with the passenger in the sled so that you both are able to steer the sled and shoot videos or take pictures during the ride.
In both variants takes about 2,5 hours and warm tea and pastries will be offered.
After the program is finished, you are transferred back to Murmansk.
